Owner Chef Perry Hill and his team look forward to welcoming you to Palate, at the gallery.
Perry's passion for cooking with local seasonal produce led him to a simple concept - the daily menu. Each day we create a new menu, designed from the freshest available local content. Perry describes his food as Contemporary Australian Mediterranean Cuisine and believes in letting the produce play the starring role.
Palate, at the gallery offers an indoor dining room with views onto the gardens of Spinks Park or the option to eat alfresco. We invite you to enjoy our courtyard and relax with great coffee and homemade cake or a glass of wine after work. Meet with friends and celebrate in style with a three course meal and champagne.
